Had a little hiccup with the order but batting cages Incorporated stepped up and truly delivered., now that the cage is up my son's getting a good amount of reps as well as some of his teammates wanted to come over as well for the price it's hard to beat. The only thing I might add is for it to come with instructions rather than going on their website and printing them off, but that wasn't a big deal.
Unfortunately my order got mixed up on the correct size ,but customer service corrected the issue promptly, Hats off to the top customer service

Great customer service
I"m certain the batting cage will be wonderful. The netting and the piping are all such great quality. I've already put the softball pitching protector together and it's really sturdy! "Grandpa" still has to clear off some over hanging tree limbs, and set up the cage. But I've watched the videos a few times and the sequencing seems pretty easy. Just a long process by myself! Teams here in southeastern PA. are playing in their run ups to the national championship tournaments later this month.
I'm trying to relive "a simpler time," during the 50's and 60's when young teenagers (including this guy) would find "pickup games" and play all day, sharing gloves, bats, and balls - and just play for the fun of it! We'd play until someone with a watch would say, "Holy crap I have to get home for dinner! See you guys tomorrow!" We'd all jump on our bikes carrying our gloves on our handlebars and home we'd fly - until the next day when we'fd do it all over again - without $400 bats, $200 gloves, uniforms & grown-ups! Loving every minute!
